TESTIMONIALS

“After losing my twins at birth, I truly did not know how I was going to survive the grief. The pain was overwhelming and isolating in a way I cannot fully describe. Working with Amy quite literally saved my life.

Amy created a space where my babies were spoken about, remembered, and honored. She never minimized my grief or tried to rush my healing. In my darkest moments, when everything felt unbearable, she helped me hold on. She guided me through trauma, guilt, fear, and heartbreak with extraordinary compassion and skill.

Amy also helped me navigate fear, anxiety, and the emotional complexity of trying again after their loss. Because of her support, I found the strength to keep going. Because of her care, I was able to move forward and open my heart again. Today, I have three beautiful earth children. I truly believe that without her steady guidance and support, I would not be here to be their mother.

She didn’t just help me survive - she helped me rebuild a life that holds both grief and joy. I will forever be grateful.” -MH

“Four years ago MFM referred me to Amy during the darkest period of my life. My journey to motherhood has been a long, painful process and includes multiple losses and highly complex situations. Amy continues to help me process the past and navigate my grief, anxiety, and depression. She’s helped me through the lowest points in my life and also coached me through happier times after IUI success. I now often need help processing emotions (many times frustrations) and brainstorming solutions related to my beloved toddlers. I am now on the rollercoaster that is IVF. Amy is well versed in the IVF process, experiences of similar patients, and is familiar with doctors in the St. Louis area. She’s helped me frame questions to specialists and self-advocate for my health care. I was better prepared to meet with one of my doctors recently because of it. I am hopeful my second implant cycle is successful as a result. My past unfortunately won’t disappear from my memory. However, I am grateful that Amy has helped me process my experiences and continues to help me live with them. She’s made such an enormous impact in my life that I have referred multiple friends to her. I’m grateful for all of the support and encouragement Amy has provided. -EM

“When I tell my friends about Amy, I tell them that I hate going to see her because she pushes me harder than any other therapist and therapy is hard work. That said, I’ve referred countless friends to her because she has made a huge difference in my life and I know she can do the same in the lives of so many others. Amy goes above and beyond to check on her clients, and I am forever grateful that I have her in my corner (though sometimes she’s in my husband’s corner instead of mine and that’s not as much fun).” -LC

“Amy came into my life during a very challenging time. I had multiple pregnancy losses and I was broken mentally and physically. Amy helped me process the loss and the grief, and she met me where I was at. She helped me move forward and reminded me often that wherever I am right now, that was OK. She taught me mindfulness and the power behind my breathing and my thoughts. These are skills I still use today. I went on to have two healthy, beautiful children. Amy will always have a special place in my heart for the strength and healing she provided me. I’m forever grateful to her and so thankful that I had her therapy services during this period in my life. With a grateful heart” - EA
